At The Pod Barn, we want you to be confident in the quality of our products. Because we sell live goods, our returns process is a little different from standard retailers.
1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of live products such as copepods and phytoplankton, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Non-perishable items (such as accessories or merchandise, if offered in future) may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
2. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

Products arrive dead on arrival (DOA) or damaged.

You receive the wrong item in your order.

To qualify, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
3. Replacements

Where possible, we may offer a replacement shipment instead of a refund. This will be arranged at our discretion depending on stock availability.
